स्थानः त्रिभूवनबस्ती गा.वि.स. वडा नं. ४, जनकबस्ती, कञ्चनपुर (साविक) पुनर्वास नगरपालिका वडा नं. ४, जनकबस्ती, कञ्चनपुर (हाल) इतिहासः स्थानीय समाजसेवी, बुद्धिजीविहरुको अथक प्रयास पश्चात मिति २०६७/०२/०९ मा स्थानीय समाजसेवी श्री रवि थापाज्यूको अध्यक्षतामा स्थानीय बुद्धिजीवि तथा शिक्षाप्रेमी श्री कुशुम न्यौपानेलाई संस्थापक प्र.अ. पदमा नयुक्ति गरी विधिवत रुपमा उद्घाटन गरी स्थापना गरिएको हो ।सोही वर्ष श्रावण महिनाको ५ गते कक्षा १ को अनुमति प्राप्त गरी कक्षा ५ सम्म सञचालन गर्ने लक्ष्य राखी स्थापना गरिएको थियो । यस विद्यालयको नामाकरण स्थापना कालमा नमुना प्राथमिक विद्यालय रहेको र यस विद्यालय सेवा क्षेत्र भित्र रहनु भएका स्थानीय शिक्षाप्रेमी श्री कृष्ण प्रसाद पौडेलज्यूले ईटालीमा रही कामको सिलसिलामा दिवंगत हुनुभएका उहाँका ज्येष्ठ सुपुत्र स्व. रामजी पौडेलको स्मृति विद्यालयको स्तरोन्नतिको लागि ३ कोठे पक्की भवन र ३३ थान डेस्कबेन्च हस्तान्तरण गर्नु भएकोले शिक्षा ऐनको नियमानुसार यस विद्यालयको नामको पछाडी राम थप्न मिल्ने व्यवस्था भएकोले प्रक्रियागत ढङ्गले विद्यालयको नाम मिति २०७५/०४/०१ गते देखि लागू हुने गरी श्री नमुना रामजी आधारभूत विद्यालय राखिएको हो ।विद्यालयको बारेमा अन्य जानकारीः यो विद्यालय कञ्चनपुरको सदरमुकाम भिमदत्तनगरबाट करीब ६० कि.मी. दक्षिणपूर्व, कञ्चनपुर जिल्लाको दक्षिणी क्षेत्रको भारतीय सिमा बसही बजार सँग सिमाना जोडिएको तथा धनगढी उपमहानगरपालिकाबाट झण्डै १५ कि.मी. पश्चिमपट्टी पुनर्वास नगरपालिका वडा नम्बर ४ मा नमुना महिला सामुदायिक वनको काखैमा अवस्थित रहेको छ ।यस विद्यालयको उत्तरतर्फ IBRD बजार रहेको छ । हाल कक्षा ५ सम्म सञ्चालित यस विद्यालयमा दुई ओटा स्वीकृत शिक्षक दरबन्दी, एउटा राहत, दुई ओटा बालविकास दरबन्दी र एउटा कार्यालय सहयोगीको दरबन्दी गरी जम्मा ६ ओटा दरबन्दी रहेका छन् । यस विद्यालयमा बालविकास कक्षा (शिशु कक्षा) देखि कक्षा ५ सम्म पठनपाठन हुँदै आईरहेको छ । यस विद्यालयको सेवा क्षेत्र पुनर्वास नगरपालिका वडा नं. ४ रहेको छ । दलित समूदायको बाहुल्यता रहेको भएता पनि पछिल्लो समयमा ठकुरी समूदाय तथा बाहुन क्षेत्री समूदायको आकर्षण बढेको छ । स्थापना देखि हालसम्म धेरै चुनौती तथा समस्याहरु बेहोरिरहेको यस विद्यालयमा हाल ८० जना विद्यार्थीहरु रहेको छ । सेवा क्षेत्रका मानिसहरु अधिकांश गरीब, अशिक्षित र सामान्य स्तरका रहेका छन् । अधिकांश मानिसहरु गरीबीको रेखा मुनि रहेका छन्।सामाजिक चेतनास्तर विकासोन्मुख रहेको छ । विगतको तुलनामा वर्तमान समयमा यस समुदायका मानिसहरुमा धेरै परिवर्तनहरु आएको देखिन्छ । शैक्षिक कार्यक्रमहरुः यस विद्यालयमा निम्न बमोजिमका शैक्षिक कार्यक्रमहरु सञ्चालित रहेका छन् ।

History: Established on Jestha 9, 2067 BS through the relentless efforts of local social workers and intellectuals, the school was formally inaugurated under the chairmanship of local social worker Mr. Rabi Thapa, appointing local intellectual and education lover Mr. Kusum Nyaupane as the founding Headmaster. It was established with the goal of operating classes up to grade 5, securing permission for grade 1 on Shrawan 5 of the same year. Initially named "Namuna Primary School," the institution was officially renamed "Shri Namuna Ramji Basic School" effective from Shrawan 1, 2075 BS, following due process. This name change complied with education regulations allowing the addition of "Ram" because local education lover Mr. Krishna Prasad Paudel—who resided and worked in Italy—donated a 3-room concrete building and 33 sets of desk-benches for the school's upgrade in memory of his late eldest son, Sw. Ramji Paudel, who passed away while working abroad.

Additional Information about the School: Located in Punarwas Municipality Ward No. 4 right beside the Namuna Women's Community Forest, the school is situated about 60 km southeast of Mahendranagar (Bhimdattanagar), the headquarters of Kanchanpur district, near the Indian border market of Basahi in the southern region of Kanchanpur, and roughly 15 km west of Dhangadhi Sub-Metropolitan City, with IBRD market lying to its north. Currently operating up to grade 5, the school has a total of 6 positions comprising two approved teacher quotas, one relief quota, two early childhood development (ECD) quotas, and one office assistant quota. It conducts classes from ECD (infant class) up to grade 5, serving Punarwas Municipality Ward No. 4 as its catchment area. Although the Dalit community is in the majority, the school has recently seen an increasing attraction from the Thakuri and Bahun-Chhetri communities. Facing numerous challenges and problems since its inception, the school currently has 80 students. Most residents in the service area are poor, uneducated, and of a standard socio-economic level, with a majority living below the poverty line. While social awareness is still developing, significant positive changes have been observed in the community today compared to the past.
