Although efforts had been ongoing for a very long time, the school was unable to secure official permission. However, thanks to the proactive initiative taken at the District Education Office by Mr. Hemlal Nyaupane—a resident of Bhimdattanagar Municipality Ward No. 15, founding chairman of Dashrath Lower Secondary School Nimbukheda, and father of education-loving social worker Kusum Nyaupane—success was achieved. Following the assurance of receiving permission, Grade 1 operations began on Jestha 9, 2067 BS, and upon obtaining formal permission on Shrawan 5, 2067 BS, "Namuna Primary School" was established.

Establishing and operating a school is no small feat. Despite various problems and challenges, I would like to thank the various social workers, intellectuals, and education lovers who succeeded in bringing the school to its present state since its inception. I also want to express my heartfelt gratitude, highly appreciating the contributions of the founding Headmaster, founding Chairman, School Management Committee (SMC) family, PTA family, parents, students, and teachers. Running uninterrupted teaching-learning activities for the past 15 years, there is no doubt that with the mutual consultation and coordination of the SMC, PTA, parents, teachers, and staff, we will lead this school to the forefront. This school has played a vital role in producing disciplined, dedicated, honest, competitive, and capable human resources, and I express my best wishes for the continued progress of the school so that it may continue to build capable human resources in the days to come.
